We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at our store. However, if you wish to return a product, you can do so easily and without any hassle.
How much time do you have to return a product?
You have 14 days to return the product without providing a reason, starting from the moment you receive the package.
When can’t you return a product?
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns are not allowed if the product has been unpacked and tried on (e.g., tights, stockings, underwear such as women’s/men’s briefs, or bodysuits).
Partial products that are part of a purchased set (multipack) cannot be returned. If you wish to withdraw from the purchase of a set (multipack),you will need to return the entire set.
How to return a product?
1. Ensure that the product is in an undamaged condition with original tags and packaging. Include the return form or write a statement of withdrawal, providing your order number and bank account number for the refund.

When will you receive a refund?
The funds will be refunded promptly and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.
Who covers the shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In that case, please contact our customer service department.

Complaints and returns
I. Information on the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely
The deadline for withdrawing from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance
Based on Article. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or concluded remotely is also granted to natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for these persons within the meaning of art. 556 (4) of the Civil Code. The remaining entrepreneurs are not entitled to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline for withdrawing from a distance or off-premises contract is 14 days from the moment the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product, and it is enough to send a statement before its expiry to meet the deadline.
Withdrawal form
To use the above-mentioned the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the company's premises or remotely, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post to the following address: EuroTrade Tex Sp. z o.o., ul. Return
In the event of withdrawal from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely, the contract is considered void. You are obliged to return the product immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you rescinded the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the products before its expiry to the address of the EuroTrade Tex Sp. z o.o.: ul. St. Teresy 91, 91-341, Łódź, Poland.
In order to guarantee the highest quality, we deliver selected products in a sealed unit package. You are not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract where the subject of the service is a product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery. The lower parts of underwear, i.e. women's / men's panties, bodysuits, are not subject to returns or exchanges.
Partial products that are part of the purchased set (multipack) are not eligible for returns. If you wish to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a set (multipack),the Buyer must return the entire set (multipack) to the Seller.
Reimbursement
In the event of withdrawal from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely, we will refund all payments received from you immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.
However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods. We will reimburse the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution and there is no additional cost for you.
Return costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will be responsible for reducing the value of the Product being the subject of sale, resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
II. Complaint Procedure for Goods purchased in the online store www.conteshop.com

2. A response to the complaint will be given within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint.
3. The customer has the right to make a complaint only for goods that do not comply with the contract.
4. In the case of a contract, if a physical defect has been found within one year from the date of delivery of the product, it is presumed to have existed at the time the risk passed on to the customer. The seller may refuse to accept the complaint if we prove that at the time the product was released it was free from defects or the reason for their occurrence did not yet exist.
5. All complaints are analyzed by the Complaints Department.
6. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value one. If this is not possible, the seller will return the value of the goods to the customer or will offer other goods available in the store to choose from.
7. In the case of a second complaint of the same product, even for a different defect, the Customer has the right to demand a cash refund.
8. The above rules regarding complaints also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of its business activity, provided on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
